Class descriptions:
Floor Work: For Love, Hate, Sex, Pain
Sometimes you want to get close and make a connection. Sometimes you want to hurt the one you love or at least lust in a way that makes them go mmmmmm. This class will cover very basic ideas about Yukimura Haruki-san's "caressing style" as instructed by Osada Steve. The objective of this course is to simply use rope as a tool to make erotic or sadistic connections with your partner. The following will be discussed briefly: extending the length of ropes, energy (ki) and making connections. The following will be applied: wrist and leg ties, posing and positioning of the body, and body manipulation. Please bring four to five pieces of rope that is approximately 25-30 feet in length and has a width of 1/4th to 3/8ths of an inch.
Objectification and Rope
Objectification and rope can be seen as activities that are not dynamic, have very little activity when it comes to play and power exchange They both are dynamic activities that deserve deeper exploration considering that they both have the potential for extreme power exchange dynamic during play. Through complete or absolute restriction of movement, intellect, status and freedom an individual can project their perceptions, ideas and fantasies onto willing and consenting individuals. This class will cover three different approaches (sexual, artistic, and utilitarian/practical). This class is geared towards all experience levels (beginning to intermediate). The techniques covered are basic, the concepts discussed will range from beginning to intermediate). Attendees will need three to four pieces of rope 25 to 30 feet in length |
